Abstract

The project combines an immersive Unity workspace, 3D Gaussian Splatting, and a WebSpatial dashboard. Virtual camera controls and AI-assisted recommendations connect spatial exploration with shot planning.

Worlds in Action Hack [02-LA]

Location scouting can require repeated visits before camera decisions are made. CinemaScout provides a way to explore a reconstructed environment and compare viewpoints remotely.

Its virtual camera tools support adjustable optics and in-headset shot previews, including spline-based camera movement. A spatial dashboard organizes the workflow.

My roles were team lead, product manager, product designer, and engineer.

The project received two first-place track awards and a World Labs runner-up award at Worlds in Action Hack [02-LA].
